Girls Receiving Abundant Blessings was established in 2000 to meet the needs of girls and young women ages 12-21. Young women who are labeled as "At Risk", teenage/single moms, victims of physical, mental and sexual abuse, homeless and/or in poor living conditions. Many of our girls and young women we help were left feeling traumatized, devastated, neglected, depressed, suicidal, and with no self-esteem as a result of their experiences. The mental and emotional affect caused by their experiences pushed many of them to promiscuous lives that resulted to pregnancy and/or contracting sexually transmitted diseases. G.R.A.B.'s mission is to transform these young women from being statistics to success stories.
Free yourself Women Foundation is a unique non-for-profit organization operating in the Fort Lauderdale Florida area, dedicated to helping abused women and children with temporary financial assistance and to support the fleeing of domestic violence permanently. Our program focuses on giving battered women the skills and support they need to become self- supporting members of society. With a strong focus of rebuilding lives and enhancing self-esteem, Free Yourself Women Foundation Inc. provides a wide range of services that help victims break the cycle of domestic violence they have experienced and help survivors remain free of violence.

The Florida Initiative for Suicide Prevention, Inc. (FISP) is committed to the prevention of suicide by helping to alleviate those factors in society contributing to feelings of alienation, desperation, isolation, helplessness, and hopelessness through education, support, advocacy, and research. FISP’s vision is to HELP STOP SUICIDE by offering help to all those who suffer or are contemplating suicide and to all those who are affected by the suicide of a loved one, by providing the alternatives of hope, support, and resources to all.
